Due to the nature of the products, returns are NOT excepted unless the wrong product was received.
Notice of the return must be initiated via email no more than 48 hours from the date of receiving your package. This will be verified by the tracking information.
Return of the wrong product, in an unused state, will be required at your expense, before your order is corrected and you are reimbursed shipping fees. All returns must be sent USPS Priority ONLY and a tracking number must be provided. Otherwise, the return will be voided.
If you receive a product that was damaged during processing, please contact us immediately! Proof of the defect is required. Once proof is received, store credit or a replacement of the product will be issued.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Please contact USPS to open a damage claim.
