Currently we charge a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping items other than strip lashes, and lip glosses/balms. Strip lashes, lip glosses, and balms will ship at a rate of $3.00.

Orders are often processed and received by customers sooner than the listed timeframes, however there are instances where delays can happen (i.e. Holidays, high sale days, etc.) and the full processing time may be utilized.
Messages/emails with tracking information are always sent out to update customers on their orders.
Orders are shipped USPS and we are not responsible for delays due to the carrier, nor are we responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please proceed to file a claim with USPS if any of these issues occur.
